Ingredients
4 Medjool Dates from Costco, pitted1/3 cup Trader Joe's Raw Cashew Pieces1 tablespoon whole Flax Seed1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon gingerpinch of cardamon or about 1/16 teaspoon (a little goes a long way)dash of Himalayan Pink Salt3 1/2 cups filtered water
Directions
add all ingredients to Blendtec or High Powered Blender, secure the lid and hit Whole Juice (on Blendtec).

Pour into 1 quart jar and drink! Or share it with someone you love...a lot!
