2 packs of Yves Veggie Ground.1.33 C of frozen corn kernels1 (19 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed (or 1 3/4 cups cooked)1.5 C restaurant-style salsa1/2 large onion 1 Tbsp taco seasoning1 cup light shredded cheese
Mix Salsa, veggie ground, and taco seasoning.
Spread mix into casserole dish
top with corn, and beans and then cheese
bake @ 375 for 45 mins
