4 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix3.5 cups crushed tomatoes1.5 cups chopped celery1.5 cups chopped red pepper1.5 cups chopped white onion4 cups water13 oz lean turkey kielbasa sausage1 Tbs crushed red pepper flakes2 tsp garlic powder2 tsp basil2 tsp oregano
Wash and trim peppers, celery and onion, and cut to 1/4" dice.
Cut sausage in quarters lengthwise; cut into 1/4" dice.
Add all ingredients to a slow cooker.
Add seasoning.
Cook for one hour on high. Remove lid and cook another hour.
Serving Size: makes eight two cup servings
