Crock Pot Lasagne

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef, lean1 cup chopped onions3 cloves garlic, minced1 lb cooked pasta (I like shells or penne)1 jar pasta sauce1 container lowfat cottage cheese1 cup low fat mozzarella chesse, shredded1 egg2 Tbsp Italian seasoningsalt & pepper
Directions
Brown ground beef in skillet, add onions and garlic, season with salt, pepper and 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning. Cook until onions are tender. Add pasta sauce to beef mixture.
While that is cooking - boil pasta 2 minutes less than directions.
In a medium bowl mix cottage cheese, mozzarella, egg, salt, pepper and remaining Italian seasoning.
Pour half of beef sauce into botton of crock pot. Then half of pasta, then half cheese. Layer again.
Top with some extra shredded cheese, cover and let cook 4-6 hours.
