1/2 CupFrozen BerriesA few (approx 3) Frozen Pineapple Chunks1 small Banana - (I use frozen bananas in smoothies)1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt 2% Plain2 TBS Natural Raw Whole Flaxseed 1 TBS Organic Rice Protein Plain, 1 tbsp (remove)2TBS PB21 cup of Water, plus small handful of ice cubes
Directions
Blend all ingredients and pour into glass!
