Seasoned Rice with Onions and Carrots

Ingredients
1/2 c Butter2 c Raw White Rice1 large Onion, Chopped1/2 c Carrot, Chopped4 c Chicken Broth1/2 tsp Poultry SeasoningSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Melt Butter in a large heavy skillet. Saute rice, onion, and carrots until vegetables are golden brown. Add chicken broth and poultry seasoning. Cover and Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, until rice is tender. Taste and add Salt and Pepper.
