Ingredients
12 oz. Atlantic Salmon Filets (approx 4)1/4 c Pure Maple Syrup or Honey (No Pancake Syrup)1/4 c Soy Sauce3 cloves garlic mincedSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Combine in a zip top bag the syrup (honey), soy sauce, garlic and salt and pepper. Mix well
Add the salmon filets
Marinate in the refrigerator 60 mins turning after 30 mins or overnight.
In a 9x13 in glass baking dish pour the salmon and the marinade into the dish.
Bake for approximately 15 mins at 350 degrees or when filets are flaky.
