Cocoa Mochi

Ingredients
1 Box (16 oz.) Mochiko (aka Sweet or Glutinous) Rice Flour3 Cups Water2 Cups Sugar6 teaspoons Cocoa Powder1 Cup WaterExtra Cocoa for dusting.
Directions
In a saucepan, mix sugar and cocoa well.
Add 1 cup water and heat to dissolve sugar.
Mix flour and 3 cups water in a large bowl until smooth.
Cover and microwave 5 minutes on High.
Remove and mix well.
Return to microwave and cook 5 more minutes.
Add cocoa syrup to mochi and mix thoroughly.
Pour mixture into greased pan and cool until firm.
Dust top well with cocoa and turn out onto a cutting board.
Cut into small squares and dust again.

Store in airtight container and refrigerate.
