Healthy Muffins

Ingredients
1/4 cup unsweetened Almond Silk8 oz Fage non-fat plain greek yogurt1 medium very ripe or over ripe banana2 large eggs1/2 tsp salt1 tsp apple pie spice (cinnamon with a pinch of cloves and nutmeg)3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup ground flax seeds1/2 cup wheat bran1 tsp baking powder2 cups fresh blueberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Put silk, eggs, banana, yogurt, spice, salt in blender and blend until smooth. Put all dry ingredients in large bowl and blend with whisk. Whisk in liquid until it starts to thicken. Using a spatula, blend in blueberries. Spray 6 cup large muffin pan with non-stick spray or use liners. Scoop into muffin pan and bake 30 minutes. Let cool, then remove from pan. Freezes well.
