1 medium Yellow Bell Pepper, diced1 medium Red Bell Pepper, diced1 cup Broccoli florets, chopped into small 1/2 inch pieces1 cup Cauliflower florets, chopped into small 1/2 inch pieces1/4 c. Red Cabbage, shredded 1/4 t. Adobo Seasoning1/4 t. Garlic Powder1/4 t. Mrs. Dash Original Blend1.5 T. Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar1 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Place bell peppers, broccoli, cauliflower and cabbage in a large bowl. Add Adobo, garlic powder and Mrs. Dash. Top with Vinegar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Stir to mix all ingredients. Serve.
