No Tortilla Ground Turkey Enchilada

1 to 1.5 pounds ground turkey1 40z. can green chili enchilada sauce4 oz, grated jack cheese3 oz. creamed cheese1/3 c. chicken broth1/2 onion, chopped1/2 cup or less of slivered or sliced almonds1 tbls. butter1/4 tsp. cumin7 olives halved
1. Saute the onions and sliced almonds in butter until onions are tender and almonds are browned.
2. Pour a small amound of sauce in 8 by 12 casserole dish to cover bottom.
3. Cook ground turkey and drain. Add to pan.
4. Uniformly sprinkle half of the onion/almond mixture over the turkey, then sprinkle a little cumin over it.
5. In a saucepan, add the remaining sauce, chicken broth, and creamed cheese and warm on low stirring to blend.
6. Pour the sauce evenly over the turkey.
7. Top with the grated jack cheese.
8. Poke in the olive halves and sprinkle remaining onion/almond mix on top.
9. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until bubbly hot.
