Tomato Gravy

Ingredients
2 cans diced tomatoes. Italian style with Basil, Garlic & Oregano1 large onion diced2 pats butter1/2 tsp glucomannan powder1/4 half & half
Directions
Heat cast iron skillet. Melt butter and stir in diced onions. Cook till soft. Sprinkle glucomannan powder over onions and add tomatoes with their juice. Stir while it thickens. Turn off heat and stir in 1/2 and 1/2 cream.

Serving Size: Makes a skillet full
