Japanese dressing

Ingredients
1/4 cup lemon juice1/4 cup soy sauce1/4 cup water1/4 cup canola oil1/2 tsp guar gum (optional)
Directions
Combine liquids. Warm in microwave. Add guar gum and whisk vigorously (I use an immersion blender) to emulsify. Makes 1 cup.
