Ingredients
put two cups of warm water in large bowl, add two cups of bulgar wheat, when water is absorbed, mix 2 cans of tomato paste, 2 cups of parsley chopped, 2 cups of scallions chopped, 2 tablespoons of cumin, 3/4 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup olive oil. Mix well, add salt to taste.
