Ingredients
1 lb Extra Lean Ground Turkey2 tsp Worcestershire SauceSalt & Pepper to tastePreferred Seasonings to tasteHummus (watch the carb count)
Directions
Mix ground turkey, worcestershire, salt, pepper, & seasonings in medium-sized bowl. Form into thin 2 ounce patties. Spray skillet with cooking spray and brown patties on each side until cooked through, about 2 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels. Enjoy with hummus!
