Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients
one 7 oz jar roasted red peppers, rinsed and drainedone 15 oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drainedone 15 oz can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained3 garlic cloves2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice1tsp ground cuminsalt and pepper
Directions
Add all ingredients except the salt and pepper to a food processor. Process until mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Chill for at least 30 minutes and serve.
