1/2 lb each, ground Veal, Beef, Pork1/2 c Parmesan Cheese, grated2 Large eggs1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 1/2 tsp Garlic
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. In a skillet, over high heat, cook onion 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until softened. Add minced garlic and cook 1 more minute.
3. Transfer to a bowl and mix in ground meats, cheese, eggs, salt and pepper. Roll into golf ball-sized meatballs. Place on a jelly roll pan
4. Bake 20-25 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
