Protein Powder & Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup water 2 Tbsp milled flax seed4 oz. unsweetened applesauce2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder (60g protein)1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 tsp baking powder2 tbsp almond meal3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix flaxseed & water. Let set for 5 minutes. Meanwhile mix applesauce & protein powder until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients to mixture & stir until combined. Add water & flaxseed & stir until combined. Heat skillet & spray with non stick cooking spray. Pour on batter & cook until both sides are done.

Serving Size: makes 12 pancakes...3 pancakes=1 serving
