Strawberry Banana w/Kale and Chia Seeds smoothie

Ingredients
2 cups of unthawed unsweetened frozen strawberries1/2 to 1 cup of Baby Fresh Kale1 medium banana sliced1 TBSP of Chia Seeds3 to 6 tsp of Organic Cane Sugar (this one has 6 tsp) You can also substitute the sugar for what you use to sweeten your drinks 3 cups of Silk Pure Almond Milk Vanilla (You can use the unsweetened version for less calories and sugar)
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. (About five minutes in my cheap blender)
