Champ's Spaghetti Squash Salad

Ingredients
Spaghetti Squash, 4 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 plum tomato , diced 10 baby carrots raw, 0.5 serving sliced thin Celery, raw, 0.75 cup, diced Pimentos, 3 tbsp *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields Cider Vinegar, 3 tbsp *Canola Oil, 4 tbsp Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped Pepper, black, 3 dash Salt to your taste Honey, 1 tbsp garlic, 3 cloves minced or pressed.Add an Ingredient
Directions
Use already cooked squash that has been chilled. Removed squash from skin with a fork and "fluff" - it looks like pasta. Add the chopped veggies and toss to mix. Prepare the dressing in a small jar, shake to mix well. Pour dressing over salad. Gently stir to mix. Cover and chill. One quarter of the salad equals on serving.
