cheesy broccoli chicken and rice

Ingredients
2 chicken breast1 cup uncooked rice2 cups of water3/4 bag of broccoli1 8 oz container of plain low fat yogurt1 can of low sodium mushroom soup1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.25 cup of soy milk
Directions
cook rice in 2 cups of water
sautee chopped chicken in pam and season with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder
add mushroom soup, yogurt, milk and most of the cheese.
Mix well add broccoli and rice
Place in oven cook until bubbly, add the rest of the cheese on top until brown
