Italian Spiced Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
*Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 32 oz (remove)*Raw White Onion (Serving = 1 medium Onion), 1 serving (remove)Eggs - Jumbo Grade A Eggs - California Ranch Fresh - 1 Egg = 1 Serving (63g), 2 serving (remove)*Garlic powder, Penzey granulated, 6 tsp (remove)*Emerils Italian Seasoning, 10 tsp (remove)Salt, 3 dash (remove)Pepper, black, 5 dash (remove)Hunt's Ketchup, 16 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Combine all ingredients except ketchup & 1 tbsp Italian seasoning. Place into baking pan or on sheet in a loaf shape.
Cook for about 45 minutes on 375, covered with foil.
Combine ketchup & remaining seasoning.
Cover top of loaf with ketchup.
Cook uncovered another 15 minutes.
