Ingredients
3 Plantains ripe3 Eggs1 TBSP Vanilla or caramel extract3/4 cup milk3 TBSP Pecan Meal
Directions
put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth, cook either with a crepe maker or a flat pan ( Iused the latter )

Serving Size: Makes 6 8 inch crepes
