One Bowl Gluten Free Banana Bread

3 medium ripe bananas (1.5 cups)½ tsp pure vanilla extract1 egg3 tbsp grape seed, melted¼ cup sugar¼ brown sugar2-3 tbsp honey3.5 tsp baking powder¾ tsp sea salt ½ ground cinnamon¾ cup almond milk/ dairy milk1 ¼ almond meal (almond powder)¼ cup white rice flour¼ cup tapioca flour¼ cup potato starch1 ½ cups brown rice flour1 ¼ cup gluten free oats
1. Preheat oven to 350 and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray.
2. Mash banana in a large bowl. Add all ingridients through almond milk and whisk vigorously to combine. Last add almond meal (almond powder), white rice flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, brown rice flour and gluten free oats and stir.
3. Bake for 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes.
