3 C Oat Flour1 C Oats1 C Dry Roasted Almonds, ground1 C Dry Milk1 C Shredded Coconut1 1/2 C Raisins2 tsp Baking Powder2 tsp Cinnamon3/4 tsp Salt1 Banana, mashed1 C Vanilla Soy Milk1 C Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt1 C Apple Sauce1/2 C Honey1/2 C Egg Whites
Mix all Dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in smaller separate bowl. Dump wet into dry and mix thoroughly. Line muffin tins with muffin papers, spoon batter into papers until almost full. Bake on 350 15-25 minutes.
