Border Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef 1 tsp chili powder1 tsp cumin1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt1/4 tsp black pepper1 onion, thinly sliced2 bell peppers (your choice of colors), thinly sliced4 T salsa
Directions
1. Preheat oven to broil. Coat a nonstick broiling pan with cooking spray.

2. Mix ground beef with chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Divide into four patties and broil until no pink remains, or to desired doneness.

3. Meanwhile, in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat, saute onion and bell peppers until tender, stirring occasionally.

4. Serve hamburgers topped with veggie mixture and salsa.
