Chicken, Jalapeno, Cilantro Rice

Ingredients
4 cups Jasmine (or other long grain rice)4 cups chicken stock or 4 cubes bouillon and 4 cups water4 cups whole milk (or substitute water or lower fat milk)2 jalapeno peppers, chopped2 med. yellow onions chopped8 cloves garlic, chopped1 tsp. cumin2 tsp. salt2 Chicken thighs and drumsticks, bone and skin removed1 bunch of cilantro, choppedCan add cheese or sour cream as desired.
Directions
Put all ingredients together in a pan or baking dish (something that's o.k. to go in the oven), except for the cilantro. Stir and bake at 400 for about 60 minutes.

Add chopped cilantro to the top before serving. Cheese or sour cream can be added to taste.
