Nimmakaya pappu (Lemon Dal)

*Moong Dal (Yellow split Lentils), 1 cup (remove)Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)*Black Mustard Seeds, 0.5 tsp (remove)*Split Black Gram (Urad Dal), .1 cup (remove)*Cumin seeds, grams, 5 gram(s) (remove)*Salt - Iodized Sea Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove)*Juice - Real Lemon, Lemon Juice - 1 tsp = 5ml = 1 serving, 5 tsp (remove)
1) Pressure cook moong dal.
2) Add oil in pan and when it is hot add asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, black gram.
3) Once mustard seeds splutter add cooked moong dal to it and add little bit of water.
4) add salt and switch off the stove.
5) After 2 minutes add lemon juice and server with rice or roti.
