tuna red cabbage rolls

Ingredients
1 can tuna packed in water1 regular size carrot chopped1 stalk celery chopped1/2 red onion chopped2 tsps. sweet relish2 leafs of red cabbage uncooked1tbsp Light mayonnaise
Directions
this should yeild about four regular size cabbage leafs so two servings.
It's a very simple recipe you simply mix all the chopped veggies and the sweet relish together in a bowl with the tuna and 1 tbsp of Hellman's light mayonnaise. then you spread the tuna salad inside the cabbage leaf and roll up like a wrap. if you're packing this as a lunch to go it's good to use a tooth pick to keep your rolls rolled up. i like to roll the cabbage leaves up like a burrito.
