Cabbage Turkey Soup by Dr. Oz

Ingredients
walnut oilcaraway seedsground turkeychopped onion and celerychicken brothstewed tomatoes with diced onion and pepperred cabbage shreddedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
brown onion, celery and ground turkey (or chicken) in a separate pan with some olive oil. Don't over cook.
When done, add this to a stew pot and add the rest of the ingredients. It's yummy and so good for you.
