1 organic brown egg2 tablespoons raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar1⁄4 teaspoon himalayan sea salt1⁄4 teaspoon turbinado sugar3 -4 drops lime juice1 cup grapeseed oil
Mix first 5 ingredients in a wide mouth mason jar for about 5 seconds by hand. Pour oil on top. Submerge stick blender all the way to the bottom and turn it on. Hold the blender on the bottom until mayo starts to form, and has filled the jar at least half way. Once the jar is at least half full of mayo start to move the blender up SLOWLY, until all oil is emulsified and all that is left is a nice thick mayo.
