Simple Fresh Salsa

Ingredients
1 c cilantro, fresh, chopped fine 1 sweet yellow onion, raw, diced fine 1 Jalapeno pepper, remove seeds and veins, chop fine 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 c grape tomatoes (divided)Chop half the grape tomatoes fine and the other half a little more coursely (if you like chunkier salsa).Stir it all together, store covered in a glass or plastic bowl for several hours or overnight for best flavor.Enjoy!
