Spicy braised pork

2 1b pork loin8 cloves garlic8 scallions1 TBSP salt1 TBSP BBQ seasoningHot pepper sauce16 oz green chili sauceChipotole in adobo 1 8oz can4 Ancho chilies re-hydrated
1-blend ancho chilies, garlic and scallions in a blender or food processor.
2. Season pork with salt and BBQ seasoning. Add to crock pot.
3. Pour blended peppers and remaining ingredients on top of pork.
4.Set crock pot on low for 6-8 hours, until pork is fork tender
5. shred pork with two forks and return to sauce. cook for another 30 minutes to allow pork to absorb the sauce.
