Light Chicken Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
2 Cups boiled chicken6 Tablespoons (about 1.3 cup) of Hellman's light mayo1/2 Cup halved concord grapes1/4 Cup dices celery(Lettuce, salt, pepper and tomatoes can be added after the fact)
Directions
Boil skinless/boneless chicken breasts for 15-20 minutes. Let cool, dice and add other ingredients all in one bowl. Chill to taste and add on top of salad, bread etc.

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings to put on open-faced bread/toast
