Salsa Cauliflower Tortillas

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large *medium cauliflower head, 1 serving Salsa, 3 tbsp*Clove of Garlic, 2 serving Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Rice cauliflower in food processor
microwave for 10 minutes
spread on clean dish towel to cool when cool
ring out as much liquid as possible
add eggs, salsa, garlic minced fine, cilantro, salt and pepper.
prepare two parchment covered cookie sheets spray with cooking spray
Form into 5 to 6 inch very flat circles
Bake in 375 degree oven for 10 minutes flp and bake 10 more minutes .
Cool on wire rack. To make crisp heat in hot skillet brown slightly.
