Gluten Free Pancakes

Ingredients
1 3/4 cups all purpose gluten free flour1/4 cup coconut flour1/4 cup hazelnut or almond flour1/4 cup potato starch1 1/5 tsp baking powder3/4 tsp sea salt1 tsp each of almond and vanilla extracts2 TBSP coconut oil1 TBSP honey2 eggs1 cup almond milk1 cup water
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Heat your griddle for pancakes, and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Makes 8 fairly large pancakes
