Fruit Cocktail Shake

Ingredients
Del Monte No Sugar Added Fruit Cocktail, chilled1 scoop EAS Vanilla Protein PowderIce cubes, if desired
Directions
Open chilled can of fruit cocktail and dump into blender. Add protein powder and a few ice cubes and blend. I use a magic bullet blender, which makes the shake nice and frothy.

This is also a good way to get fiber, if you use powdered fiber, throw it in here...you'll never know.

Makes one shake.
