1/2 c. Shredded Pizza Blend cheese, divided 1 c. Simply Potatoes Southwest Style Hashbrowns1 TBSP (.5 oz) Milk, 2%3 Large Eggs Al Fresco Sweet Apple Chicken Chicken Sausage, 1 link1/4 c. fresh spinach, fresh, chopped1/4 c. Roasted Red Pepper, chopped1/4 c. Rotel Tomatoes & green chilies2 TBSP raw green onions (scallions), chopped1/2 tsp Garlic powder1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash Original Blend
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray glass baking dish with cooking spray.
Spread hashbrowns to cover bottom of dish.
Cut sausage into bite size pieces and spread over hashbrowns.
Sprinkle with 1/4 c of the cheese.
In a bowl , mix the eggs, milk, peppers, tomatoes, scallions, spinach, garlic pepper & Mrs. Dash.
Pour egg mixture over hashbrowns/sausage/cheese.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 c of cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Serving Size: Makes 2 servings
