Italian Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients
Ingredients:8 large tomatoes; pulp and seeds removed1 500 gram container of ricotta cheese 1 lb Italian sausage, browned and drained2 green onions, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine browned sausage, ricotta and green onion in a bowl.
Spoon into hollowed out tomatoes. Place in baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until tomatoes are tender and mozzarella is browned.
