Raw Broccoli Salad (Reduced Calorie/Low Fat)

4 cups broccoli florets or 4 cups Broccolini2 tablespoons splenda artificial sweetener, Granulated2 tablespoons cider vinegar3 tablespoons light mayonnaise2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, roasted and salted1/4 cup tablespoons seedless raisins or craisins
Discard broccoli stems and finely chop florets or broccolini. Set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the Splenda, vinegar and mayonnaise toghether until it is an even, smooth consistency. Stir in the broccoli and remaining ingredients. Toss until coated. Chill until ready to serve.
