Ingredients
1 package 99% fat free turkeyhalf a yellow onion5-6 mushrooms1 can healthy request cream of mushroom soup1 cup 2% cheddar cheese1 box stove top cornbread or wheat stuffing1 bag frozen broccoli1 cup chicken broth
Directions
cook stuffing according to directions using stock in place of 1 cup water and with no margarine or butter. Saute onions and mushrooms using cooking spray, and cook turkey in a pan. throw everything together and bake for 1 hour
