Low Fat Garlic Chicken Pasta

Whole Wheat PastaChicken Breast (Cooked)Garlic CloveRaw OnionsExtra Virgin Olive OilLite RanchLite CaesarBlack PepperMozzerella Cheese
Boil a pot of water.
Add wole wheat pasta and cook for 3-5 min.
Pour out water from pot.
Peel garlic clove and cut into tiny pieces.
Chop up 1/2 cup of raw onions.
Cut cooked chicken into small pieces.
Pour extra virgin olive oil onto saucepan and sautee with garlic, onions, and pepper until tender.
Turn heat to med-low and add the dressings, onion powder, and chicken.
Cook together until sauce is completely blended with the chicken.
Pour sauce onto pasta and mix until distributed evenly over entire pot.
Sprinkle mozzerella over hot pasta and stir.
Serve immediately.
