Directions
mix, almond, 2 eggs, 12 tspns of xylitol, tapioca, coconut and coconut oil in processor and baking powder. Spread into baking tin and bake for 15 mins on 180 or until golden.
On low element mix lemon juice xylitol and 4 eggs. Whisk until starting to thicken, then slowly add coconut oil. Should slowly become like custard and cover back of spoon. Add vanilla beat then take off heat and cool. When base cooled pour on and put in freezer to set. um
