Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

Ingredients
3 cups whole wheat flour1 1/4 cup warm water1 pkg dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp)1 tbsp sugar1 tsp salt1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
-Mix water, yeast and sugar to dissolve.
-Add half the flour and let sit 10 minutes or until mixture is a little frothy.
-Add enough flour so the dough becomes kneadable, and knead on a lightly floured surface for 5 minutes.
-Cut into 4 sections, cover with cloth and let sit 10 minutes.
- With knuckles roll each quarter into a 6-inch circle.
-Lightly brush top and bottom of dough and place in freezer for 5 minutes.
-Freeze the crusts one on top of the other in a freezer bag.
-Take out of freezer let thaw 1 hour, roll and top with your favorite toppings.
-Cook at 500F for 10 to 12 minutes.

    This turned out great! I used honey instead of sugar, using 1/2 tbsp honey instead of 1 tbsp sugar. Turned out WONDERFUL! I will be making this again. - 5/14/08
