Ingredients
1 1/3 cups Minute Rice2 tbsp chives (chopped)1/3 cup zucchini (chopped)1/2 cup turnip greens (chopped)1 cup chicken broth1/4 cup coconut milk8 oz salmon steak or fillet (baked and chopped)2 tsp soy sauce
Directions
Make rice according to stove top instructions, add all ingredients as the rice comes to the boil.
