Easy Lemon Brownies

1 cup all-purpose/ whole wheat flour mix1/2 cup honey1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon baking soda2 eggs1/4 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt3 Tablespoons extra light olive oilzest of 2 lemons2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juiceGlaze:1/4 cup powdered sugarzest of 1/2 lemonabout 1 to 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Line an 8 x 8-inch square pan with foil, leaving extra for “handles.”
Put all ingredients into a bowl.
Stir by hand until smooth (about 30 seconds).
Spread batter in pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes.
Lift out of pan and spread glaze over warm brownies.
Glaze:
Stir glaze ingredients together in a bowl, adding juice gradually until glaze is spreadable.
Serving Size: makes 16 squares
