1 Mango, fresh fruit, chopped 1 cup of roma tomatoes, chopped1/4 cup of red onions, raw and finally chopped4 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped1 lime, juice yielded and set aside1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oilsalt and pepper to taste
Mixed all ingredients and let the mixture sit for at least ˝ hour prior to topping chicken or meat with it.
