1/4 tsp ginger (root or paste)1/4 cup spinach1/4 cup kale1/4 cup strawberries1/4 cup blueberries 1/4 cup pineapple2 thin slices avocado8 oz water (tap, bottled, coconut water)2 tbs dry oats1/2 tsp honey
Directions
Add all ingredients in blender for about 40 seconds or until smooth.
