Jo-Ann's Honey Vanilla Nut Homemade Granola

Ingredients
4 C Old Fashioned Rolled Oats1/2 C Wheat Bran1/2 C Oat Bran1 C Ground flax seed1 C Chopped Roasted/Salted Almonds1/2 C Brown Sugar1 T Ground Cinnamon1/2 C Honey1/2 C Coconut Oil2 T 1% Milk1 T Vanilla Extract
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir together well.
Heat wet ingredients in a small saucepan until it begins to foam at the edges. (watch closely) Pour wet over dry. Mix well. Spread on large cookie sheet or roasting pan (an edge on the pan is helpful.) Bake at 325 for 25 minutes, stirring and rotating pan half way through. Let cool untouched for 1-2 hours to crisp up. Store in zip-top bag.
