1 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal dry (process in blender until powder)1 cup 100% liquid egg whites (I like to use the carton egg whites)1 cup 1% or non-fat cottage cheese2 tsp baking powder3 packets stevia or truvia (less if you prefer)1 tsp vanilla extractNO FAT added as this is an E meal.
Mix the oatmeal in process until a flour texture, add baking power and sweetner, blend then add the cottage cheese and egg whites, vanilla...blend.
In non stick pan "LIGHTLY" spray and then fry until texture, color you like.

My first THM recipe ever! It was so easy and taste like regular pancakes. Really Really Good.... I made the berries and greek yogurt topping too. Made it look and taste like something you would get at a fancy restraunt.
